School and Social Services endanger childs life!
Although this the childs condition is not as bad as was expected, she was still potentially endangered....

I would like to hear comments, view etc on this one

Yesterday, the phone went and my social worker asked me if it was OK to talk privately, to which I assented, not knowing what was coming, I stepped outside and started to listen.

He told me that my daughter hd told the school she was passing blood and that after a meeting with his manager had decided that we "had" to go to a hospital 40 miles away for a Paediatrical check.

Now unaware of the time frame involved I assented, bid farewell to the person I was visiting and raced to the school to see my daughter.

I got there and was refused access to see her until the social worker arrived, Odd I though and I was getting pretty wound up.

Social Worker arrived and we went into the headmistresses office and they started telling me what was going on;

At this time, it transpired my daughter had indicated she was passing blood fully two hours prior to my arrival, at this the school instead of calling me and an ambulance left her to it and called social services.

The social worker told them NOT to tell me and that he would handle things from there on, he also told them that I was NOT allowed to have access until he got there.

He convened an emergency risk meeting with his manager and it was discussed whether or not that this could have been solely to tampering and other very dodgy issues.

He then rang the paediatrician up at the hospital 40 miles away and arranged an emergency appointment.

4 MILES FROM THE SCHOOL IS AN A&E DEPARTMENT - THE SOCIAL WORKER DISMISSED THIS AS SUITABLE BECAUSE HE SAID IT WAS STAFFED WITH "JUNIOR" DOCTOR'S!!!

He then told me by phone what had happened and this was an hour and a half after the initial incident.

So all in all my daughter could not be seen by a doctor for nearly three hours in total, this is disgraceful.

It is possible that my daughter has a bad kidney yet she had to endure a full genital examination which I can only see as being done to see if I had "tampered" with her. I had to sit with my child and persuade her that she had to let this woman touch her genital areas, my daughter was terrified and exhibited great discomfort

Now also there is a court order in place that orders the education and school to tell me first, anything, this was sidestepped and ignored, this is due to social services and the prior school cutting me out of the legally right loop of information passing and the Judge ordered that the school MUST tell me before anyone else ANYTHING of concern.

So I now would hold that with the breach of court order that was agreed by social services as much as myself, the school and social services did this

They endangered my childs life in favour of seeing if there was possible sexual abuse

  • If she showed signs of internal bleeding, WHY was she not taken to hospital immediately, I signed permission for this
  • When she asked for me, WHY was I not called and allowed to see her
  • Why was I not notified first - I am her parent, NOT social services and not the school
  • Why was I kept in the dark purposefully - Imagine the headlines if she had DIED on their hands and I never knew she was in distress
  • Why in a case that has NEVER been an issue of me being an abuser did it occur straight away to the social worker that I could have done such things
  • Why did she have to take a round trip of 80 miles when an adequate and quite good hospital was 4 miles away?
  • Why was a Judges order totally IGNORED when this had been put in place to prevent such a thing happening?

In the time of 1 1/2 hours she could have theoretically bled to death if her internal injuries were the cause, the school were aware she had been kicked in the stomach more than once in the last week or two by another schoolchild.

This total mismanagement could have cost my child her life - picture her being forced back into class, her insides maybe filling with blood when she should have been hospitalised.

Although she appears only to have possibly a bad kidney, the school and social services are NOT Doctors, it is not up to them to amateur diagnose such issues. She could have had something life threatening and they didn't know what the hell they were talking about.

THEY WERE TOO BUSY LOOKING FOR ABUSE!!!

THEIR "REASONS" FOR THIS..... "IT WAS IN THE CHILDS BEST INTERESTS"

WHAT - DEATH?
